Knead until soft and smooth, cover and let rise until puffy.
Divide, rest briefly and roll or stretch into teardrop shapes.
Cook on a very hot tawa or in a hot oven until blistered and browned; brush with butter immediately.
Notes & Tips
High heat is more important than over-rolling; naan should stay a little thick. Nutrition values are approximate per serving.
