Mix wheat flour, besan, onion, ajwain, chilli, coriander, turmeric and salt.
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough; rest 15 minutes.
Roll slightly thicker than regular roti, dusting lightly with flour.
Cook on a hot tawa until brown spots appear on both sides and brush with ghee.
